The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to support the student journey across the training business. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will provide high-quality customer service, advise prospective students on course options, and ensure accurate administration of orders and records. This is a varied role covering customer support, order processing, CRM data management, and marketing assistance. You will play an important part in the smooth day-to-day operation of the training programmes.
