The Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver event platforms on spec, on time and in budget. This role requires a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and great communication skills to ensure our clients are always kept informed and receive a top-level service. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with a technical background.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out the build of projects on our digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors and delegates maximise on the networking opportunities we offer.
- Offering professional guidance to clients to ensure we build a quality product that is suited to their events sector, users and objectives.
- Delivering presentations to clients and platform users and train on its functionalities to encourage engagement.
- Communicating with the Development team to keep up to date with platforms new features and recommend improvements.
- Communicating with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.
