The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Change Trainer to deliver high-impact training as part of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation. This role supports the adoption of new systems and processes across seven UK offices over a 9-month project. You will report to the Change Lead and play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training design, and readiness activities. The role is focused on creating and delivering role-specific, process-driven training that helps users adopt new ways of working confidently and consistently. It combines training needs analysis, learning asset development, and on-site delivery at key project milestones. Responsibilities will include Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites. Partner with change leads and functional SMEs to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes. Conduct detailed training needs analysis and skillset assessments to identify gaps and define learning strategies. Design, develop, and deliver role-based training, both virtual and in person. Produce system training, end-to-end business process training, and user guides.
