On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary PA / Administrative Assistant (2 days per week, ongoing). In this part-time role you will provide high-quality PA and administrative support to the Executive Assistant and the wider team. Key activities include mailbox management, travel arrangements, diary and calendar support, event assistance, file organisation, and CRM migration support. This is an ongoing role working closely with the Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective project administration.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
- Manage a shared mailbox, monitoring, triaging, and actioning incoming emails.
- Arrange travel and accommodation, including preparing itineraries and expense information.
- Support the Executive Assistant with calendar and diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing diary conflicts.
- Support event logistics and related administration.
- Maintain and organise electronic and, if required, physical filing systems.
- Assist with CRM migration, including data migration.
