The Role

The People Partner will build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and provide sound advice on a wide range of people-related matters.

Responsibilities will include

• Provide accurate, up-to-date advice on employment law, organisational policies, and best practice.
• Support the review, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure all HR activities are compliant with statutory requirements and internal governance.
• Manage a varied caseload including absence management, probation, and performance issues.
