On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part Time HR and Trustee Coordinator to provide high-quality HR operational support and trustee governance administration. This part-time role reports to the Head of HR and combines HR coordination, recruitment support, payroll administration, and HR systems maintenance with administrative support for the Trustee body.
The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027 and requires a proactive, detail-focused professional who can work effectively across both people operations and governance. The successful candidate will work primarily on site one day per week on Mondays, with flexible working arrangements, and will attend occasional evening or weekend trustee meetings.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including HRIS data, employee files, and documentation.
- Support HR systems and procedures by updating and improving workflows and related documents.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activity, including advertising, interview scheduling, offer letters, and induction processes.
- Provide payroll administration support by submitting monthly payroll changes accurately.
