The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Office Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the Bristol office, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, well-maintained and provides an exceptional experience for colleagues and visitors.
Responsibilities will include
- Manage day-to-day office operations and oversee the presentation and smooth running of the office
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by maintaining health and safety standards and a professional atmosphere.
- Serve as the primary office contact for office-related enquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Organise office events and activities, including meetings and workplace activities.
- Coordinate maintenance and facilities, including reactive and scheduled maintenance and external contractors.
- Conduct site inspections and support compliance actions, audit findings and statutory requirements.
- Oversee workplace equipment, office systems and facilities services.
