The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an HR Generalist. This is on a 24 month contract which could be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major construction project, with a particular focus on the implementation and management of Construction Local Labour Agreements (CLLAs). Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead on community engagement, recruitment projects, and diversity and inclusion initiatives linked to the project.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Manage the implementation of the organisations CLLA commitments.
  • Monitor and report on progress, including regular updates to the HR Manager.
  • Build strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, including local authorities and education providers.
  • Organise and host site visits, careers fairs, and other engagement events.
  • Work with contractors to ensure they understand and contribute to CLLA objectives.
