The Role

On behalf of our client we are seeking a

Customer Success & Training Executive to join the Commercial Team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and structured product training, while also supporting customer onboarding and implementation.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the position is split roughly 50% between managing onboarding and implementation activity and 50% delivering training sessions both remotely and on-site.

The role requires strong customer focus, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts.

Responsibilities within this role will include

  • Deliver structured product training sessions for new and existing customers, both remotely and on-site across the UK.
  • Work with customers to establish training requirements and create tailored training agendas, lesson plans and supporting materials.
