On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Experienced Conveyancer to join a supportive and established property team. In this role you will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who enjoys autonomy, client contact, and delivering an excellent service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion.
