On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary PA / Administrative Assistant to support our client for 3-6 months on a temporary basis. In this role, you will deliver seamless, proactive support to provide the highest level of administrative support for the Business Services Team and the Strategic Leadership Team members and their meetings. You will be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and always be aiming for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in meeting arrangements
  • Assist with Company Secretarial duties including arranging for the signing of deeds and other formal agreements, maintaining registers and corporate filings
  • Assisting with management of the Board members library, liaising with colleagues
  • Assist with the administration of the Disaster Recovery Business Continuity
  • Support administrative requirements of the Business Services team
  • Co-ordinate Corporate Subscriptions and affiliations administration
  • Support the Corporate Administrator with SLT diary management, SLT events and activities, credit card reconciliations, SLT and team mileage claims, record keeping, conference bookings, SLT and Governance and Compliance Team travel and/or accommodation

The Person

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administrative support experience and is seeking a role in Portishead, North Somerset. In addition to this, they are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of providing administrative support across teams and/or for senior colleagues

The Location: North Somerset + hybrid working

The Salary: £15-17 per hour
