The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Administrator. This is to start on 22nd December until 28th February 2026.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contract packs
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
  • Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
  • Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
  • Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration experience, ideally this would be in legal but not essential

They are also looking for someone is or has:

  • Effective record keeping.
  • Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Be client focussed.
  • Be supportive of team members.

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am 6pm (40 hours)

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)

The Salary:

£12.64 per hour
