The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Heavy Vehicle / Bus and Coach Tutor to join their training team. In this role you will deliver both practical and theoretical training to apprentices within the commercial vehicle repair industry. You will also design and deliver curriculum content, assess learner progress, and maintain accurate documentation, reporting to the Academys training manager. Responsibilities will include Deliver high-standard vehicle repair training to apprentices and support successful learner outcomes. Provide practical and theory-based training for groups of HV/B&C apprentices. Conduct fair assessments against prescribed criteria. Maintain and complete programme documentation promptly and accurately. Ensure learner outcomes align with awarding body standards. Support the development of training materials, schemes of work, lesson plans, objectives, and outcomes. Embed inclusive practices to ensure all learners have the opportunity to succeed The Person: Our client is seeking an experienced HV/B&C Technician with a genuine passion for teaching and developing the next generation of automotive professionals. Minimum Level 3 NVQ/ATA or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an HV/B&C Technician in the automotive industry. Knowledge of high-voltage vehicle electrical systems, including ADAS, is desirable. Experience delivering training to apprentices or skilled professionals is desirable. Level 3 qualification in Education and Teaching or equivalent is desirable. Salary: Β£45,000 Benefits: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + 2-week Christmas closure.
