On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Change Trainer to deliver high-impact training as part of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation. This role supports the adoption of new systems and processes across seven UK offices over a 9-month project. You will report to the Change Lead and play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training design, and readiness activities.

The role is focused on creating and delivering role-specific, process-driven training that helps users adopt new ways of working confidently and consistently. It combines training needs analysis, learning asset development, and on-site delivery at key project milestones.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites.
  • Partner with change leads and functional SMEs to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes.
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis and skillset assessments to identify gaps and define learning strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver role-based training, both virtual and in person.
  • Produce system training, end-to-end business process training, and user guides.
  • Create engaging learning assets using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure training materials are accessible, scalable, and aligned to professional standards.
  • Support business readiness activities, including user acceptance preparation, go-live readiness, and hyper-care/post-go-live support.
  • Deliver training across all project phases, including onsite delivery at UK offices during key milestones.
  • Maintain training records and contribute to reporting on change readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to training and adoption, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all training materials align with the firm's values and tone of voice.

The Person:

You will be a proactive, relationship-focused trainer with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across a complex, multi-site transformation programme. You will be confident delivering training to varied audiences and translating technical or process-heavy content into clear, user-friendly learning.

Proven experience in change training or learning roles within large-scale transformation programmes.

Experience delivering training for ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Demonstrated ability to support complex, multi-site, cross-functional implementations with large user populations.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly training.

Proficiency with learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.

The Hours:

Hybrid working, with 23 days per week on site in Bristol. 9-month fixed-term contract.

The Salary:

£45,000 per annum (day-rate equivalent).

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours) with hybrid working.

Central Bristol, no car parking.
