The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead a dynamic sales team. In this role you will own the day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance of Sales Advisors, ensuring a consistently excellent client experience. Reporting to senior management, this position combines people management, performance analysis, and hands-on client interaction. You will help drive sales targets, improve team productivity, and support the continued growth of the sales function. Responsibilities will include Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Conduct daily stand-ups and regular one-to-one coaching sessions to develop team members. Manage lead allocation and call queues, and ensure adherence to SLA metrics. Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators such as call volume, contact rates, conversion, and revenue. Deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and role-plays to continually improve selling skills. Ensure high-quality client interactions and maintain excellent data and compliance standards. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and the overall sales process. The Person The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded leader with a proven track record in telesales and team management. Proven experience in telesales, contact-centre, or sales leadership is essential. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of contact-centre KPIs, performance management, and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot desirable The Salary £35-40,000 with bonus of around £4,600 The Hours Full-time Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm The Location Bristol - 100% office based. The Benefits 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days of annual leave. 3 -day company shutdown between Christmas and New Year, paid.
