On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their team in Bristol on a 36 month contract. This is a full-time role with end-to-end case management responsibilities. You will report to the Team Lead and work closely with clients and third-party partners.

The successful candidates will handle complex mortgage-related matters, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of financial hygiene throughout the case lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include

Manage your own caseload from intake to resolution, including complex matters.

Draft and review legal correspondence and documentation.

Communicate with clients, customers, and third parties to progress cases within SLA.

Track and meet critical deadlines throughout the case lifecycle.

Keep the case management system accurately updated for data capture and reporting.

Oversee billing and maintain rigorous financial hygiene.

Work within relevant industry frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Uphold a positive team culture and act as a subject-matter expert.

Provide regular progress reports and ensure prompt billing.

Adhere to relevant legislation, company policies, and data protection regulations.

The Person

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality client service.

2+ years paralegal experience in a conveyancing legal environment.

Law degree or equivalent qualification.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities. xiskglj

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; advanced skills are desirable.

Monday Friday 9am 5pm
