On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary Administrator until the end of December 2026. This role provides comprehensive administrative support for lease contracts, pricing, and customer interactions within the Technology & Lifecycle Solutions division. Reporting to the line manager, the role ensures SLA compliance, manages KYX requirements, and works closely with internal teams including Customer Services, Finance, Credit, and Sales, as well as external partners such as brokers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and issue rental contracts and trading terms.
  • Contact internal and external customers by email or phone to gather supporting information.
  • Manage lease portal access and administer cancellations and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update reporting records and pricing administration.
  • Provide general administration and support to the sales team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service to meet all SLA commitments.
  • Promote a positive perception of Technology & Lifecycle Solutions operations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage KYX requirements with partners and customers as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

The Person:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. They work well across multiple teams and maintain accuracy in a busy administrative environment.

  • Strong IT and keyboard proficiency for efficient use of lease portals and reporting tools.

The Location: Central Bristol (no car parking) Mainly office based

The Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm (37.5 hours per week) Normal working hours are 9am-5.30pm/ 8.30am-5pm on a rota

The Salary: £13.60 per hour
