The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a
Sales and Marketing Manager.
This role leads sales and marketing activity for major international events.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on sales execution.
You will own sales activity, shape supporting marketing initiatives, and help drive visitor recruitment and sales for major events.
Responsibilities will include Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and deliver integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, press activity, and telemarketing.
Oversee customer relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and retention.
Represent the client at competitive UK and international events.
Provide post-event analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights for future campaigns.
Collaborate with the wider team to align sales and marketing objectives.
The Person The ideal candidate is a friendly, consultative salesperson with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-player mindset. 5+ years experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred.
Demonstrable experience planning, managing, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Happy with some international travel when required.
