The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a
Solicitor β Litigation Team . This role is based in the Bromsgrove office and suits a newly qualified solicitor or an early-career solicitor with up to 2 years PQE. The Solicitor will handle a broad range of contentious matters, including civil litigation, employment, and dispute resolution. The role is highly client facing and requires someone who can manage their own caseload, work to tight deadlines, and collaborate closely with the wider Litigation team. Responsibilities will include Provide litigation support as a newly qualified solicitor or with up to 2 years PQE. Handle a wide range of contentious matters, including civil litigation, employment, and dispute resolution. Work closely with clients in a highly client-facing role. Maintain a professional, friendly, and reassuring approach to client interactions. Manage your own caseload, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritising work as required. Demonstrate strong communication skills and be an effective team player. Ensure compliance with internal policies and systems.
The Person The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Newly qualified solicitor or up to 2 years PQE in litigation. Experience handling civil litigation, employment, and dispute resolution matters. Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a professional, friendly manner. Strong team player who follows compliance requirements and internal policies. The Hours Full-time, on-site role, standard 37.5β40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
