The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Junior Secretary.
This role is to support a really busy team based in central Bristol and your role will be to support them with all things administration.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the team by carrying out all administrative tasks
- Assisting the fee earners with billing
- Create the monthly invoices to be issued to the clients
- Diary management for all fee earners which will include arranging internal and external appointments and, making arrangements for meetings; booking meetings rooms
- Proof reading, amending and house styling legal reports
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained some administration experience.
As well as this they are seeking someone who has
- Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work in a busy environment
