The Role:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Governance Manager .This is a key role in their business and youll be reporting to the Director of Business Services.In this role youll role will be pivotal to the boards success ensuring that all parties are kept up to date, information is produced on time and accurately and ensuring that their compliance and governance are maintained.
