The Company Our client is a fast-growing technology business. The organisation has an entrepreneurial culture and the agility of an SME while serving a growing global client base. Information on specific history, size, and structure not provided. The Role: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to Senior Management Team. This is a pivotal support role within a fast-growing tech business. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and board meeting preparation. You will also act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and maintaining discretion across the business. Responsibilities will include Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Senior Management Team, including diary, inbox, travel and meeting management. Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, client engagements and strategic initiatives. Act as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling enquiries and communications efficiently. Draft, format and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and internal communications. Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions to completion. Organise internal and external meetings and events, including off-site sessions and company-wide activities. Manage travel bookings, expenses and credit-card reconciliation for Senior Management Team members. Oversee office facilities matters such as stock levels, building access and supplier liaison. Support the office management team with escalated issues and IT functionality coordination. Ensure compliance with corporate governance processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. The Person: The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organised professional with exceptional discretion and a passion for supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced tech environment. Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a dynamic environment. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels. A-levels, or equivalent, required; degree-level education or a relevant business or administrative qualification is desirable. The Salary £35,000 (this is a contract until 31st December 2026) The Hours Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
