Its platforms help organisations streamline onboarding, compliance, workforce deployment, attendance, payroll, reporting, and operational performance through a single connected ecosystem.

The Role: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Customer Success & Training Executive to join the Commercial Team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and structured product training, while also supporting customer onboarding and implementation. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the position is split roughly 50% between managing onboarding and implementation activity and 50% delivering training sessions both remotely and on-site. The role requires strong customer focus, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Deliver structured product training sessions for new and existing customers, both remotely and on-site across the UK.
  • Work with customers to establish training requirements and create tailored training agendas, lesson plans and supporting materials.
  • Assess understanding during training, provide additional support, and gather feedback to continuously improve the training experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery, attendance and follow-up actions.
  • Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signature through to successful go-live, coordinating implementation activities with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the day-to-day contact for allocated accounts.
  • Monitor customer health, identify opportunities for product adoption and upsell, and communicate insights to the product team.
  • Ensure implementation milestones are delivered on time and coordinate resolutions of project risks.
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK as required.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

The Person: Our client is looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-impact training. The successful candidate will be confident working with customers, comfortable managing projects, and able to explain software clearly and effectively. Proven experience planning and delivering structured training sessions, workshops or presentations. Strong background in Customer Success, Account Management or software implementation within a SaaS environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex software clearly. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK.

The Salary: £30,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience.
