On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager. This role leads sales and marketing activity for major international events. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on sales execution. You will own sales activity, shape supporting marketing initiatives, and help drive visitor recruitment and sales for major events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and deliver integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, press activity, and telemarketing.
- Provide post-event analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align sales and marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience planning, managing, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Happy with some international travel when required.
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
Location: North Somerset, Bristol (one day per week working from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract: 12 month contract.
