The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a

Temp to Perm Receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis from August through to November with a view to going permanent..

This is a varied office-based role where you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative support.

The role requires a friendly, organised, and proactive approach.

You will support the wider team with reception duties, general administration, and record management to help keep the office running efficiently.

Responsibilities will include

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional front-of-house reception service.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Undertake Right to Work checks and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • File and maintain both electronic and paper records.
  • Support the team with a range of general administrative duties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office diaries where required.
  • Respond to emails and handle general enquiries.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Help ensure the office remains organised and running efficiently.
