On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Special Educational Needs Specialist to lead inclusive learning support within a Further Education setting. This role focuses on ensuring apprentices and learners have equitable access to education, training, and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the identification, assessment, and support of learners with additional needs.
  • Create and embed an inclusion framework across all departments.
  • Act as a key member of the safeguarding team, supporting the protection of vulnerable learners.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a dedicated support team, setting clear objectives and KPIs.

The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and experienced in SEND support. They will bring a strong understanding of learner needs and be confident working in a fast-paced education environment. 5 years experience in inclusion or SEN.
