Part Time Receptionist | Mondays and Tuesdays in Bristol

Its an ongoing temporary role with our client based in Pill, North Somerset, Bristol. The role would be based on reception and include all reception duties – answering the telephone, greeting patients face to face, booking appointments and taking patient payments, administrative duties would be filing, getting patients notes real for the following weeks clinics, post, general stock keeping (oral hygiene aids) .

Based in Pill, they are seeking a Part Time Receptionist and Administrator to work Mondays and Tuesdays (8.45am – 5.15pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break). Working for a dentistry practice, this role will be a Receptionist/Administration Assistant. The role would be reception duties – answering the telephone, greeting patients face to face, booking appointments and taking patient payments, administrative duties would be filing, getting patients notes ready for the following weeks clinics, post, general stock keeping. They are a private practice based at Ham Green with parking on site and have high standards of customer service so for this role they are looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner and presentation is extremely important.

Mondays and Tuesdays 8.45am 5.15pm (with 1 hour lunch)

£12.21 per hour
