On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Operations Support Administrator. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and involves managing a range of office, vehicle, and recruitment support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Undertake general office duties such as scanning, typing, and filing.
  • Manage company vehicles, including booking repairs and arranging the purchase of new vehicles.
  • Take notes at formal meetings, such as investigations, and prepare accurate minutes.
  • Answer the phone, handle general enquiries, and route calls appropriately.
  • Collate completed and outstanding maintenance items.
  • Send out surveys, analyse results, and share findings with the senior management team.
  • Organise, chase, and archive documents for sites and check documentation on arrival.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including obtaining references, sending out new starter forms, and liaising with managers and HR.
  • Complete reference requests received from external parties.
  • Audit and update staff files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process vehicle expenditure requests and obtain appropriate authorisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You will also be able to or have:

The Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Location: Stanton Drew, Chew Valley, Bath and North East Somerset (100% office based) Bristol.

The Salary: Β£30,000
