The Company

Our client is a housebuilding company and they currently have over 200 sites in England. With fantastic experience and reputation, they really care about their customers and their staff.

The Role:

On their behalf, we are assisting their search for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them in their Clifton office. This role will involve dealing with customer concerns received by telephone or email, appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise in their new home.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To address and respond to customer issues
  • To deliver excellent customer service, understanding and empathy to customers
  • To liaise with internal departments and form excellent working relationships as part of the larger team
  • Issue instructions to sub-contractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Follow up all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure work is completed
  • Updating database
  • Carry out general administrative duties

The Person:

This role would ideally suit an individual that already has experience dealing with customers, ideally in a building, facilities, or construction environment; however, other industries will be considered.

The Location: Clifton, Bristol (car parking pass available)

The Salary: Β£30,000 per annum
