The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a
Temporary Workplace Administrator . This is a temporary role for 12 months and youll be delivering essential office support and facilities assistance. You will provide comprehensive workplace support across day-to-day operations, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly and remains well presented. The role includes handling employee queries via email, Teams and telephone, maintaining clean and well-stocked workspaces, managing post and deliveries, and supporting reprographics and archive services. Responsibilities will include Respond to employee workplace queries via email, Teams and telephone. Keep office areas clean, tidy, well-stocked and presentable. Replenish stationery, printer paper and consumables such as toner cartridges. Assist with meeting room and office set-up requirements. Support office moves and general workplace activities as required. Carry out filing, scanning, photocopying and other administrative tasks. Manage incoming and outgoing post, DX and courier deliveries, including special or tracked items. Provide reprographics support including printing, scanning, binding and laminating. Maintain archive systems, ensuring accurate storage, retrieval and record-keeping.
The Person: The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and delivers excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach. Previous administration, facilities or office support experience is desirable
. Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach. Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to undertake light manual handling duties and maintain confidentiality.
The Hours: Monday to Friday 9am
5pm (35 hours)
The Location: Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)
The Salary: Β£24,900
The Dates: This is to start on in a couple of week for 12 months
