The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a French speaking Project Manager to join their team. You will deliver digital event platforms on specification, on time, and within budget. The role is office based and suits a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluent communication skills in French and English.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities within this role will include:
- Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors, and delegates maximise networking opportunities.
- Provide professional guidance to clients to ensure the product is suited to their event sector, users, and objectives.
- Deliver presentations to clients and platform users, and train them on platform functionality to encourage engagement.
- Liaise with the Development team to stay up to date with new platform features and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and consistently seek to exceed expectations.
- Ensure internal systems and processes are accurately maintained.
The Person
Our client is looking for a true team player with a hands-on attitude. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure and itβs essential you are fluent in French.
Key requirements include:

- Confidence in building relationships with clients and their partners/customers.

The Salary
Β£30,000 - Β£35,000
The Hours
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
