The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager. This role leads sales and marketing activity for major international events.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning, campaign management, and hands-on sales execution. You will own sales activity, shape supporting marketing initiatives, and help drive visitor recruitment and sales for major events.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and deliver integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, press activity, and telemarketing.
- Oversee customer relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Represent the client at competitive UK and international events.
- Provide post-event analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align sales and marketing objectives.
The Person
The ideal candidate is a friendly, consultative salesperson with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing roles is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience planning, managing, and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Happy with some international travel when required.
The Salary
£33,000 £38,000
The Location
North Somerset, Bristol (one day per week working from home)
The Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am5pm
The Contract:
12 month contract.
