Conveyancer

The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Experienced Conveyancer to join a supportive and established property team. In this role you will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who enjoys autonomy, client contact, and delivering an excellent service. Responsibilities will include: Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion. Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements and other legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Check title documents, leases and searches, and prepare detailed title reports for clients. Maintain accurate case records, submit SDLT forms and complete Land Registry applications. Ensure all matters adhere to AML requirements, CQS standards, Solicitors Accounts Rules and internal compliance procedures. Communicate regularly with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, surveyors and solicitors to progress transactions smoothly.
