We are partnering with a dynamic recruitment agency in search of an experienced IT Contract Consultant to join their growing team. This is a remote opportunity suited to a self-motivated individual with a strong track record in contract recruitment and business development within the tech space.

The Role:

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle across IT contracts
• Drive client acquisition and contractor placement
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Ensure IR35 compliance and handle contract negotiations
• Stay informed on market trends and day rates

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in IT contract recruitment
• Confident in business development and negotiations
• Solid understanding of IR35
• Commercially aware and market-savvy
• Strong communicator, adaptable and resilient
