Embedded Talent Partner / Delivery Consultant (Resource Solutions) UK – Fully Remote
A high-growth, disruptive talent solutions business is expanding its Embedded / RPO offering and looking for experienced recruiters to join their delivery team. This is a genuine opportunity to step away from traditional agency sales and move into a pure delivery / embedded model, partnering closely with clients in some of the most advanced technical sectors globally.
The opportunity
You’ll embed into client environments, acting as a true extension of their internal TA function—delivering against complex hiring needs across Defence, Aerospace, AI, and Software.
We’re looking for:
- Talent Acquisition specialists, Delivery Consultants, or 360 Recruiters
- Strong experience in Defence / Aerospace (essential) with exposure to AI or Software markets
- Recruiters who want to move away from sales and focus on delivery excellence
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced, technical environments
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering embedded recruitment solutions within client teams
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes with a focus on quality and experience
