Solicitor – Private Client (Progression to Senior / Leadership Level)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Experience: 5+ PQE | Salary: Competitive + Profit Share
Salary: £75,000 - £120,000 DOE
We’re looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor who’s ready to take the next step — joining a growing, modern firm where autonomy, flexibility, and long-term progression are built in.
You’ll handle a broad mix of work, with Court of Protection forming part of your caseload, and have real scope to help shape the future of the team.
The Role:
- Manage a high-quality caseload across wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and LPAs.
- Must have experience in Court of Protection work.
- Advise clients directly and build trusted long-term relationships.
- Contribute to business development and team growth.
About You:
- 5+ PQE in private client work (plus COP experience).
- STEP / SFE accredited (or working towards it) preferred.
- Commercial, proactive, and client-centred.
- Looking for real flexibility and a clear route to senior level.
