We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded boutique conveyancing practice that is expanding as part of planned growth. They are now looking to appoint one or two experienced Property Lawyers / Conveyancers to join their collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who values quality over volume, enjoys client interaction, and wants to work in an environment where professionalism, wellbeing, and high standards truly matter.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity

You will have full ownership of your files, with the reassurance of dedicated teams handling:

  • Pre-exchange
  • Completions
  • Post-completion registrations
  • Compliance

The role involves regular direct client and referrer contact, and offers hybrid working once fully trained.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in residential conveyancing
  • Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (2+ years PQE)
  • Experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously while being a strong team player

Salary & Benefits
