The Role
- Manage deputyships, property & financial affairs, and health & welfare applications.
- Act as professional deputy and trusted advisor to families and attorneys.
- Develop the COP department — mentoring juniors and building a strong referral network.
- Work closely with the wider private client team to grow a collaborative, modern practice.
About You
- 5+ PQE in Court of Protection.
- STEP / SFE accreditation (or working towards it) preferred.
