The companies who reek of toxicity and don’t care about you, they just care about the money. Well, we’d get pretty sick of it to. At ALS, we’re not like that. In fact we are the opposite. As standard we: Work remotely from ANYWHERE Work flexibly (we don’t need to know what you’re doing every second of the day) 50-80% commission on top of your salary Weekly contests (because we have part time quiz masters here) Supportive team who genuinely care! Now just to establish that’s not our “perks” or “benefits” that is standard for us. It’s not rocket science that adults should be treated as adults. Anyway, we are looking for Senior Recruiters to join our team and if you are up to the task then apply today! Please note: this is an experienced recruiter role, you should have already established your own desk, and feel comfortable working a 360 model. Of course we will give you the tools to develop and build your desk even further!
