We’re Hiring: 4 x Recruitment Consultants (Tech) – Manchester / Hybrid

You’ll work retained and exclusive roles with cutting-edge AI labs, robotics firms, and next-gen SaaS companies. This is not a training ground — it’s a platform for experienced recruiters who want to make serious money and build a niche.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full 360 recruitment - warm desk in all sectors and seeking someone to launch Robotics.
  • Owning client relationships (retained & contingent)
  • Candidate-led approach with high-quality, targeted outreach
  • Leveraging AI tools (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent sourcing)
  • Building a specialist vertical in a high-demand US market
