ALS are retained by a well-established and highly respected regional law firm to recruit a Senior Private Client Solicitor / STEP Practitioner as part of its continued growth. The firm has built a strong reputation across Shropshire and throughout England and Wales, known for delivering high-quality legal advice through a practical, client-focused approach. It is particularly well regarded for its Private Client and property work and acts for a loyal and discerning client base, including high net worth individuals.

This is a senior opportunity for a qualified and experienced STEP Private Client Practitioner to take a leading role in the development of the firm’s Private Client offering. The successful candidate will have responsibility for advising clients on complex Private Client matters while also contributing strategically to the growth and future direction of the department. The Candidate

My client is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with the experience and confidence to take ownership of a practice area and contribute at a leadership level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong track record advising clients, including high net worth individuals, on complex Private Client matters
  • A strategic, commercially aware and client-focused mindset
  • The ability to lead, mentor, and develop others
  • Resilience and adaptability within a growing practice
  • STEP qualification
  • A minimum of 6 years’ PQE
