This is a senior opportunity for a qualified and experienced STEP Private Client Practitioner to take a leading role in the development of the firm’s Private Client offering. The successful candidate will have responsibility for advising clients on complex Private Client matters while also contributing strategically to the growth and future direction of the department. There is a clear pathway towards future senior leadership, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress beyond a purely fee-earning role.

- Advising high net worth clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax, estate planning, and succession planning

The Candidate
My client is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with the experience and confidence to take ownership of a practice area and contribute at a leadership level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong track record advising clients, including high net worth individuals, on complex Private Client matters
- A strategic, commercially aware and client-focused mindset
- The ability to lead, mentor, and develop others
- Resilience and adaptability within a growing practice
- STEP qualification
- A minimum of 6 years’ PQE
