The Role:
As an Accountancy & Finance 360 Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate management. You'll build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the finance recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the Accountancy & Finance sector.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and placing candidates.
- Build strong candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate fees and terms of business.
- Provide market insights and career advice to clients and candidates alike.
- Consistently hit revenue and activity targets while maintaining high standards of service.
