A reputable law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to play a key role in developing its Employment offering as it continues to establish and grow its presence in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who wants more than a traditional fee-earning position. Joining at an important stage in the office’s development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the department, strengthen client relationships and help establish a successful employment practice in the London market.
You will work within an established team known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice. The caseload is well-structured, the work is high quality, and you will have the autonomy to manage files with appropriate support. The role offers a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment matters.
About You
You will be an Employment Solicitor with experience across contentious and non-contentious employment law, a strong client-focused approach and an interest in developing your practice.
You will be commercially aware, confident advising clients and motivated by the prospect of helping to grow a department rather than simply stepping into an established caseload.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and having a meaningful influence on the direction and success of a growing practice.
