We’re looking for a skilled Contentious Insolvency Solicitor who’s confident handling complex disputes and enjoys getting to the heart of challenging cases. You’ll work across a wide range of insolvency litigation, including claims involving directors, antecedent transactions, misfeasance, preferences, and unlawful dividends. The work is high quality, the team is collaborative, and you’ll have genuine autonomy to manage your own caseload.
