Embedded Talent Partner / Delivery Consultant (Resource Solutions) UK – Fully Remote and Part Remote available.

A high-growth, disruptive talent solutions business is expanding its Embedded / RPO offering and looking for experienced recruiters to join their delivery team. This is a genuine opportunity to step away from traditional agency sales and move into a pure delivery / embedded model, partnering closely with clients in some of the world's most innovative and technically advanced sectors including Defence, Aerospace, AI, Deep Tech, GTM, and Software.

The opportunity

You'll embed into client environments, acting as a true extension of their internal Talent Acquisition function—delivering against complex hiring needs across either Defence, Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Tech, GTM, and high-growth Software businesses.

We're looking for:

  • Talent Acquisition specialists, Delivery Consultants, Embedded Recruiters, or 360 Recruiters looking to move away from sales.
  • Strong experience recruiting within Defence and/or Aerospace environments, AI, Deep Tech, Software, or GTM (Recent exposure to these sectors is essential).
  • Recruiters who want to move away from sales-heavy agency environments and focus on delivery excellence and strategic partnership.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
  • Experience supporting scaling businesses, venture-backed startups, or complex technical hiring projects is advantageous.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering embedded recruitment and RPO solutions within client teams.
  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes across technical functions.
  • Hiring across either: Defence, Aerospace, AI, Deep Tech or GTM, verticals.
  • Acting as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting scalable hiring projects across high-growth and innovation-led businesses.
  • Driving candidate experience, process improvement, and delivery quality.
  • Building trusted relationships within client environments as an extension of their internal TA capability.
