We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing professional services group. We help businesses scale, raise investment, and prepare for exit, and you will play a key part in making sure every client and visitor has a great first impression.
The role:
- Greeting clients and visitors and making them feel welcome
- Answering and directing incoming calls and managing the inbox
- Handling post, deliveries, and legal documents in line with GDPR and other relevant regulations
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, and keeping reception and communal areas presentable
- Supporting the wider team with general administration such as filing, printing, scanning, and event organisation
- Spotting ways to improve day to day processes and office flow
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
- Strong organisation and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proof-reading
- A valid driving licence, as the role involves occasional travel between offices for mail collection and delivery
