We're hiring a Compliance Administrator to join a growing Risk & Compliance function within a specialist property law business. This is a hands-on support role — but it's also a genuine career launchpad for someone who wants to build long-term in compliance. What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out compliance checks and monitoring activities across the business for regulatory accreditations (CQS/Lexcel)
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date compliance records, logs, and registers
- Preparing and organising documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
- Supporting internal audits, file reviews, and data collation
- Handling Subject Access Requests and compliance-related inbox queries
- Supporting onboarding by gathering documentation and completing compliance checks
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance actions are completed on time
- Assisting with internal compliance bulletins and updates
- Monitoring mandatory training completion logs and chasing outstanding requirements
- Escalating risks, breaches, or issues in line with internal protocols
