Receptionist / Front of House

Salary: Up to Β£28,000 per annum

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing professional services group. We help businesses scale, raise investment, and prepare for exit, and you will play a key part in making sure every client and visitor has a great first impression.

The role:

  • Greeting clients and visitors and making them feel welcome
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and managing the inbox
  • Handling post, deliveries, and legal documents in line with GDPR and other relevant regulations
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms, and keeping reception and communal areas presentable
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration such as filing, printing, scanning, and event organisation
  • Spotting ways to improve day to day processes and office flow

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Strong organisation and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proof-reading
  • A valid driving licence, as the role involves occasional travel between offices for mail collection and delivery
