Clear progression pathways exist into Compliance Advisor and beyond, with support for professional development, apprenticeships, and further learning including the SQE route for those interested in a legal qualification pathway.

  • Carrying out compliance checks and monitoring activities across the business for regulatory accreditations (CQS/Lexcel)
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date compliance records, logs, and registers
  • Preparing and organising documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
  • Supporting internal audits, file reviews, and data collation
  • Handling Subject Access Requests and compliance-related inbox queries
  • Supporting onboarding by gathering documentation and completing compliance checks
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance actions are completed on time
  • Assisting with internal compliance bulletins and updates
  • Monitoring mandatory training completion logs and chasing outstanding requirements
  • Escalating risks, breaches, or issues in line with internal protocols

What we're looking for:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
