A growing, multi-office law firm in the South East is seeking a Client Excellence Concierge / Receptionist based at their Godstone (Surrey) head office, with regular travel to their Ebbsfleet office and occasional cover across South East Kent and South East London.

The role: You will be the face of the firm - the first person clients and visitors meet, ensuring everything behind the front desk runs smoothly. This is more than reception; it is a client experience role in a professional, regulated environment where first impressions matter.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors — refreshments, notifying the right people, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, mail and deliveries, and directing enquiries efficiently.
  • Keeping meeting rooms, reception and shared spaces booked, presentable and ready.
  • Handling mail and legal documents in line with GDPR and legal-sector regulations (SRA/CLC).
  • Supporting the wider team with admin — filing, printing, scanning, event coordination.
  • Spotting ways to improve processes and make the office run better.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
  • Strong organisation — comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality (you’ll handle sensitive legal documents).
  • Sharp attention to detail, excellent grammar and proofreading.
  • A valid UK driving licence — ad hoc travel between offices is part of the role.
